Prices and conditions

Standard rates

Price per night*, capacity for 1 to 2 people - minimum 2 nights (excluding special offers and promotions (1))

Accommodation only (no catering, accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen)

The price includes the tourist tax (€1.10 per adult per night) and the end-of-stay cleaning fee.

Standard booking conditions

Online prepayment: a deposit of 30% of the rental amount is required to validate the reservation.

Standard cancellation conditions:

- No-show: 100%
- between 01 and 00 day before: 100%
- between 06 and 02 days before: 70%
- between 14 and 7 days before: 50%
- between 29 and 15 days before: 30%
- 30 days or more before: cancellable without charge

In the event of cancellation at the initiative of the rental company, all amounts paid or pre-authorized will be returned or canceled.
If the client decides to leave before the scheduled date, the nights not spent in the accommodation will be charged.

Security deposit:
For stays of 7 nights or more, a deposit of €500 will be required by online bank card imprint (not debited) via our partner Swikly (service fee payable by the customer of €5) or via a deposit. cash on the day of your arrival (return on the day of departure in the absence of damage noted).

Payment methods: secure online payment when booking by credit card via Stripe
Means of payment on site: credit card or cash only. Cheques are not accepted.

Massage options
These offers are subject to online pre-reservation and confirmation within 2 days of the request.
Payment is to be made on site.

Gift vouchers and cards
Gift vouchers and gift cards are not personal and are sent to the beneficiary by the Customer under his sole responsibility. Gift vouchers and gift cards can be used directly with l'Orée du Maïdo for any reservation of a stay of minimum 2 nights on our website during the duration or period of validity mentioned in the special conditions, and cannot be combined with other other promotional offers during the desired booking period.

- The accommodation is not suitable for babies and children under 12 years old.

- Arrivals are from 5 p.m. and departures before 10 a.m. Please advise of any possible delay in the expected arrival time.

- Household linen (bath and bedding) is provided.

- Unlimited and private access to the spa.

- Unlimited and secure wifi connection.

- Smoking allowed outdoors only.

- No reception or event

- Animals are not allowed. However, we draw your attention to the fact that we have two female dogs living on the property.

- The furnished accommodation is fully equipped for your comfort (see detailed description of the equipment in the ACCOMMODATION section).
